Our services

We automate tasks in your engineering practice with AI, through a series of stages. Each stage has a flat fee and a defined outcome.

Your outcome

What you receive from us.

  • A detailed written solution design. The task to be automated, the documents the assistant reads, what it produces and how much time it saves per task.
  • A configured AI assistant working in your practice. Connected to your existing files, using your templates, for a specific task. A working solution with no prototype or pilot phase.
  • Training for your team on the completed assistant. Using your own projects. Your team can then use it independently.
  • A dedicated contact for ongoing support. For adjustments when templates, standards or workflows change.

We put AI into practice.

We get it working with your documents, in your filing system, subject to your approval.

Why bring us in

Four things we hear in every initial consultation.

"We have nobody who can fit this in alongside their work."

That is why we handle it. Your team learns to use the finished solution without having to build it or divert time from projects.

"We do not know where to start."

That is what solution design is for. After one day, you have a written order of priorities, with the effort and benefit for each process.

"Data protection, quality and liability are unresolved."

We address these in stage 2, before anything is built. We had to do the same for our own practice.

"We have already wasted money on digitalisation."

Each stage has a flat fee and a defined outcome. You can stop after any stage and keep everything completed up to that point.

Frequently asked questions

About the process.

Do we have to book all five stages?

No. Each stage has its own flat fee and outcome. You decide again after each stage and keep what has been completed.

The usual starting point is an initial consultation, solution design and one process. Further work depends on whether that first process proves worthwhile.

Which stage should we start with?

Almost all practices start at stage 1 or 2. Starting directly at stage 3 makes sense only if comparable preparatory work has already been completed in-house.

Is key account support compulsory?

No, but we recommend it. Models, standards and your projects change. Automation becomes outdated without maintenance. An assistant nobody trusts will no longer be used.

Unsure which stage is right for you?

That is common, and exactly why stage 1 is free. Thirty minutes will give you a clearer answer.
