How we work.
Detailed specification
What the assistant should do, what it reads, what it produces and how success is measured. You approve this before we build it.
Connect to your filing system
Server or EU-based cloud, access permissions and folder structure. Your data stays where it is.
Build the assistant
We configure it to work with your templates, terminology and the applicable standards.
Test against real projects
Using completed projects with known outcomes. You can immediately see where the results need correcting.
Refinement and acceptance
Acceptance is assessed against the criteria in the detailed specification.
Train key users
Two or three people who can then operate and assess the assistant independently.
