Three questions usually come up before booking: is the course for us, what does the day cover and what will we be able to do afterwards?

  1. Who the course is for

    • Project managers and everyone who works with a configured assistant each day
    • Suitable if an assistant is already running in your practice or is being set up
    • Requires the fundamentals course

The course for stage 4: This course forms part of the training on the completed solution. If you book it separately, you should already have an assistant in your practice; otherwise you would be practising with something you do not yet have.

Operating it is the smaller part: Learning the controls takes about an hour. The rest of the day is about assessing results and deciding whether they are reliable.

  2. What the course covers

    • What your assistant reads, and what it therefore does not know. Which folders are connected and where the boundaries lie. 45 minutes.
    • Operating it: ways to submit a task. Using the configured assistant in your practice. 60 minutes.
    • Practical exercise I: a complete run. From the instruction to a reviewed draft, using one of your own processes. 90 minutes.
    • Reviewing results: what to check first. Sources, indications of missing information and references to standards, in that order. 60 minutes.
    • Practical exercise II: error cases. Deliberately poor runs, identifying the cause. 75 minutes.
    • What to report. The feedback that ongoing support needs to improve the assistant. 30 minutes.
  3. What you will be able to do

    • Operate your configured assistant confidently
    • Review results in the right order, starting with sources
    • Distinguish between problems with the task, source documents and the assistant
    • File documents so the assistant can find them
    • Give actionable feedback to the support team
