SysTec.AI: why we created a dedicated brand

It began with a need in our own practice. We wanted to find out whether recurring writing tasks could be automated: design reports, tender documents and meeting minutes. So we approached three AI consultancies.

We turned all three down. None could explain what a design report contains. Without understanding the content, it is impossible to judge which parts can be automated and which require professional judgement.

So we did it ourselves, making our share of mistakes along the way. Today, seven tasks run automatically in our practice. A design report in HOAI work stage 3 now takes five hours instead of sixteen. Approval remains with our specialists. Automation does not change that.

Those lessons became an approach that can be applied to other engineering practices. That is why we created SysTec.AI: a dedicated brand for introducing AI, backed by the same people and expertise as our engineering practice. Everything we offer was tested in-house first.
